HASILT:a process risk analysis software system based on functional safety standards

介绍了以功能安全国际标准IEC61508和IEC61511工程应用要求为依据,开发了集危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)、保护层分析(LOPA)、安全完整性等级(SIL)分析等多功能为一体的HASILT V1.0过程风险分析软件。并在实际的应用中显示其良好的实用性和高效性,为企业系统开展工艺安全管理工作提供了有效的分析和管理平台。

In this paper, a risk analysis software system named as HASILT was presente, which was developed based on the functional safety international standards IEC61511, IEC61508. The system integrated the tools for performing Hazard and Operability （HAZOP） study, Layer of Protection Analysis （ LOPA）, Safety Integrity Level （SIL） analysis and some other accessorial activities. The system was a quite practical and high efficient system as displayed in its industrial applications. The system provides enterprises with a useful analysis and management plat- form, aiding them to perform process safety management.
