摘要
本文介绍了智能型水资源供需平衡模型 ,阐述了建模思想、模型主要功能、特点和结构 .该模型不仅从时间、空间、水源和需水四大方面对水资源系统进行了全面、统一、深入的描述 ,而且具备智能功能 ,计算速度得到了成倍提高 ,从而在巨型水资源系统的系统优化分析方面取得了突破 .同时 ,本文还扼要介绍了该模型在新疆水资源合理配置研究中的应用情况 .
An intelligent model for balancing the demand and supply of water resources is presented.The concept,main functions and characteristics as well as the establishment of the model are demonstrated.The important aspects including time,space,water resources and water demands are concretely and systematically reflected in the model.The intelligent functions of the model elevate the calculation speed and make a breakthrough in the optimal analysis of vast water resources system.The application of the model to the reasonable allocation of water resources in Xinjian Autonomous is introduced in brief.
