近年来,高校毕业生就业难成了不争的事实,特别是受金融危机的影响,高校毕业生的就业举步维艰。同时企业的性质和类型不同,他们对毕业生的选拔标准也存在差异。因此,高校应该更加重视对大学生参与各种实践活动提升自身综合素质的培养;另一方面还应当对当前用人单位的用人需求进行了解,从而针对需求,重点培养有利于大学生就业的关键因素。

In recent years, it is an indisputable fact that college graduates are in a difficult employment situa- tion, particularly influenced by the financial crisis, and the employment of college graduates becomes more and more difficult. At the same time, the differences of the nature and the type of enterprises make a difference in the selec- tion criteria of the graduates. Therefore, on the one hand colleges and universities need to guide students to partici- pate in a variety of practical activities to improve their overall quality; on the other hand, they should be aware of the demand of the employer for graduates and, focusing on the demand, cultivate the key factors favorable to the employ- ment of university students.
