摘要
为了研究不同发育时期山羊小肠嗜银细胞的变化规律,试验采用Grimelius法和图像分析法对0.5,2,4,6,12月龄山羊小肠不同肠段嗜银细胞的分布和数量进行了比较。结果表明:山羊小肠嗜银细胞数量在0.5月龄时较多[(109.38±43.24)个/mm2],2月龄时显著减少[(66.10±29.60)个/mm2],二者差异显著(P<0.05),而后随着月龄的增长嗜银细胞的数量呈平稳增多的趋势;各发育时期,从十二指肠至回肠嗜银细胞的数量逐渐减少。说明山羊小肠嗜银细胞可能通过内分泌和外分泌的方式调节小肠组织的发育和成熟。
To study the variation of argyrophilic cells in goat small intestine at different developmental stages, the Grimelius method and the Scion image analysis software were to investigate the distribution and changes in number of argyrophilic cells in different segments of small intestine of goats at different developmental stages for 0.5, 2, 4, 6 and 12 months of age, respectively. The results showed that there was a significant decline in the number of argyrophihc ceils between month O. 5 and 2, with the number being 109.38 ± 43.24 and 66.10 ± 29.60 per mm2 ( P 〈 0.05 ). With the increase in months of age, the number of argyrophilic cells showed a steady increasing trend. The number of argyrophilic cells was decreased from duodehum to ileum at different developmental stages. The results suggest that argyrophilic cells may regulate the development and maturation of the intestinal tissue through endocrine and exocrine functions.
