摘要
以系统观为指导，以科研实证为基础，结合现代护理管理理论与临床护理管理工作，进行护理管理信息系统设计。该系统包括护理制度建设、人力资源管理、护理质量控制、人员绩效考核、出院患者管理、护士长日常事务工作、科研教育管理、信息交流平台等模块，覆盖护理管理各要素，彼此之间纵横交错，互为因果，消除不同信息系统之间的信息孤岛。实际应用表明，该系统安全性高、实时性强、使用方便，提高了护理管理者的工作效率，全面提升了护理管理水平。
This study aims at designing an information system for nursing management based on systemic perspective, scientific demonstration as well as modern nursing management theories and clinical nursing experiences. The system contains a number of modules including nursing system construction, human resource management, nursing quality control, staff performance evaluation, discharged patients management,head nurse daily routine work, research education management, and information exchange platform. These would cover all elements in nursing management process and build a network to eliminate information islands among diverse information systems. Practical application of the system further confirmed its safety, and strong real-time property with user-friendliness. In general, the system is proven to enhance the work efficiency of nursing managers and can greatly promote nursing management standards.
