增强技术的伦理反思

The Ethical Reflection on Enhancement Technology

增强技术挑战着现行社会关系和传统观念。首先,增强技术弱化了人类的自决能力。在"增强自由"与取舍困境、"增强信任"与交往焦虑、"增强健康"与社会认同三个方面,增强技术与自主原则发生矛盾;其次,增强技术引发了技术、人才、市场以及财政等资源配置的马太效应,与公义原则相背离;最后,增强技术还通过人体革命作用于人类价值观念,对传统进化观、自然神圣观以及人与技术关系等天命观进行了冲击。

Enhancement technology challenges the existing social relationships and traditional values. First it, weak- ens the self - determination capacity of human being. In three aspects the enhancement technology is in contradic- tion with the principle of autonomy ： the ＂enhancement freedom＂ and choice dilemma, the ＂enhancement trust＂ and social anxiety, the ＂enhancement health＂ and social identity. Secondly it, leads to the Matthew Effect in allocation of resources, such as technology, human resources, marketing and finance, and deviates from the principle of justice. Finally, it affects human values through body revolution, influencing the traditional evolutionism, the sacred concept of nature and the idea of God.
