摘要
对图像进行开窗处理,从背景中分离熔池区域和焊缝区域,基于焊接图像的分析结果以及焊接过程的先验知识,提出了一种获取焊缝偏差的图像处理方法,用于提取焊丝在工件表面投影点的位置以及表达焊缝中心线,并给出了焊缝位置偏差的计算公式.结果表明,所提出方法的整个图像处理时间小于30ms,适用于对焊接图像的实时处理.
An image processing method was proposed to obtain the seam offset. Firstly, two analysis win- dows are set to segment the weld pool region and the weld seam region from the background. Then a series of routines is designed to extract the projective point of the wire on the workpiece and the seam centerline based on the analysis of the welding image and the prior knowledge of the welding process. Finally, the equation to calculate the seam offset was given. The result shows that the processing time is less than 30 ms, which is suited in real-time.
