摘要
为了探讨60 Co-γ辐射剂量对不同质量西瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以不同质量的12个西瓜品种干种子为材料,通过6个剂量的辐射处理,研究辐射剂量对西瓜干种子出苗率、存活率、出苗时间、子叶面积、株高及茎粗等的影响。结果表明,200和400Gy辐射对中等种子出苗有促进作用,超过600Gy都具有显著(P<0.05)抑制作用;随着辐射剂量的增加,植株出苗时间延长,幼苗生长缓慢;根据半致死剂量确定西瓜种子适宜辐射剂量为600~800Gy。不同大小西瓜种子对60 Co-γ辐射的敏感性表现为大种子>小种子>中等种子。
In order to investigate the effects of different doses of ^60Co-γ radiation on watermelon seed germination and seedling growth,watermelon seeds with different qualities of 12 varieties were used as the test materials to investigate the effects of six different doses of radiation on emergence rate,surviving rate,emergence time,cotyledon area,plant height and stem diameter.The results showed that medium size seeds of watermelon demonstrated a promoting effect on seedling growth under the dose of 200 Gy and 400 Gy.When the radiation dose exceed 600 Gy,all watermelon seeds showed the extremely significant level(P0.05) of inhibition effect on watermelon seedling growth.With the increase of radiation dose,the time of emergence stage was delayed,and the growth was slowed.Based on the Semi-lethal radiation dose,the suitable radiation dose of watermelon seeds lies between 600 Gy and 800 Gy.The order of the radiation sensitivity of watermelon seeds was large seed small seed medium seeds.
