摘要
为评价贺兰山紫蘑(Cortinarius rufo-olivaceus)的抗氧化活性,以紫红丝蘑菌为原料,通过甲醇超声震荡提取,经正己烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇依次进行萃取,测定各萃取相的总抗氧化能力、清除DPPH自由基能力、抑制羟基自由基能力及抗超氧阴离子自由基能力。结果表明,贺兰山紫蘑各萃取相具有清除自由基的能力,在同一质量浓度水平下正丁醇相和水相具有较高的抗氧化活性,试验结论为研究贺兰山紫蘑的保健作用机理提供参考,并为其开发利用提供理论依据。
In order to evaluate the antioxidant activity of Cortinarius rufo-olivaceus, the Cortinarius rufo-olivaceus(Pers. )Ft. was used as material and extracted with ultrasonic methanol, and the ex-tracts were partitioned with Hexane, EtOAc and BuOH successively, then antioxidant activities of the extracts were evaluated, including the total antioxidant capacity, the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging ability, the ability to inhibit hydroxyl radical and the ability of anti-super- oxide anion radical. The results showed that the extracts of Cortinarius rufo-olivaceus had a certain antioxidant, and antioxidant activities of BuOH and water extracts were higher at the same concentra-tion levels compared with others. The study provides the health function mechanism of Cortinarius rufo-olivaceus for its development and utilization.
