摘要
目的了解儿童的性认知水平与特点,为儿童性健康教育提供参考依据。方法自编问卷,采用访谈法对随机抽取的1所示范幼儿园和1所二类幼儿园94名(男童44名,女童50名)大班儿童的性认知水平进行调查。运用定性与定量相结合的方式对调查结果进行分析。结果大班儿童性生理知识知晓率普遍较低,自我保护知识水平有待提高;主要依据事物的直观特征和重要属性来描述对性的认知,在性生理、自我保护2个方面的认知水平低于性心理和卫生习惯。结论应加强对儿童性生理和自我保护有关知识的教育,采取基于儿童性认知特点的性教育方法。同时需要提高幼儿园教师的性教育意识和能力。
Objective To understand sexual cognition among preschool children, and to provide practical reference for sexual health education to preschool students. Methods A total of 94 children of senior class were chosen from one model kinder- garten and a class two kindergarten,respectively. All the children were interviewed on sexual cognition in combination with question- naire survey. Results The awareness rate of physiology was low among the children,and the level of self protection should be im- proved. Children described their sexual cognition mainly depending on the apparent visual features and significant attributions. Cog- nition on sex physiology and self-protection was significantly lower than cognition on sex psychology and hygiene habits. Conclusion The kindergarten should be offered more cognitive-related sexual education regarding sex physiology and self-protection.
