摘要
目的了解大学生近视眼周边视网膜变性患病情况及其与近视屈光度、眼轴长度的关系,为进行相关健康教育提供依据。方法随机抽取178位屈光状态为近视的大学生,进行角膜曲率、睫状肌麻痹验光、眼压、眼轴、Goldmann三面镜检查。结果 45.21%的大学生近视患者检出不同类型的周边视网膜变性,其中格子样变性检出率为8.98%。有格子样变性、视网膜裂孔的近视大学生眼轴长度长于无此类视网膜变性者(P值均<0.05)。结论大学生近视患者的周边视网膜变性检出率较高,且随着近视屈光度及眼轴长度的增加而增高。
Objective To determine epidemiological characteristics of peripheral retinal changes in undergraduates with myopia ( spherical equivalent ≤0.50D) and to investigate the relationship with severity of myopia, axial length or the depth of vit- reous and the retinal lesions in myopia. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 178 undergraduates with refractions equal to or less than -0.50D. Examinations included keratometry, eycloplegic refraction, intraocular pressure measurement, A and B scan ultrasonography, and retinal examinations by indirect ophthalmoscopy with scleral indentation and Goldmann three-mirror contact lens examination. Results Prevalence of peripheral retinal changes in myopic undergraduates was 45.21%. Prevalence of lattice degeneration was 8.98%. Positive correlations were found between axial length and the lesions of lattice degeneration, reti- nal hole and retinal detachment (P〈0.05). Conclusion Peripheral retinal degenerations were very common among Chinese my- opic undergraduates, and the severity was highly correlated with diopters of myopia, axial length.
