摘要
以废弃皮粉为试材,总结叙述了所属团队近5年的基础研究成果,通过一系列的试验探索,发现废弃皮纤维粉体对LDPE、HDPE、PVC、PLA等塑料,以及对NBR、丁基橡胶等材料具有一定的增强作用。同时,考察了粉体制备形式、皮粉预处理、增容剂选择与相容过程等,对复合材料性能的影响。最后,围绕皮纤维增强机理、废弃皮纤维粉体资源化等展开讨论,提出建议,展望产业化成果的远景。
Taking Scrap leather fibers (SLF) as the raw materials, this paper summarized the findings of our team during these 5 years. And the results show that the SLF could enhance the mechanical behavior of LDPE, HDPE, PVC, PLA, NBR and BR. Meanwhile, the influence of the formation and pretreatment of SLF, the selection of compatibilizer and the compounding technology on the properties of composite also has been studied in our earlier research. At last, this paper discussed the mechanism of SLF enhance the properties of polymers and the utilization of SLF as resource. And the in- dustrialization product also has been prospected.
