摘要
通过新型铬鞣内循环与常规铬鞣工艺的实验对比,以及对革样的柔软度、物理力学性能、收缩温度,粒面形态,废液含铬量进行了分析考察,结果表明:铬鞣微排新工艺可以大量的提高铬的吸收率,降低盐污染及消除铬鞣废液的排放,减少水资源的使用。新工艺同时也能够提升革的丰满性、柔软度和染色效果。为制革清洁化生产工艺的研究提供了一种新思路。
Leather softness physical , mechanical properties and shrinkage temperature were measured, and chromium content were analyzed, and grain side or cross profile were observed under microscope compared with conventional chrome tanning process. Results show that chrome absorption rate was increased, salt pollution was lessened, chrome ef- fluent was eliminated and water resource decreased. Meanwhile, the fullness, softness and dyeing effects of leathers were advanced.A new thinking way was provided for clean production technology of leather manufacture.
