计及大规模风电和柔性负荷的电力系统供需侧联合随机调度方法 被引量:61

摘要 随着风电规模日益扩大,其对电网的影响不容忽视。计及柔性负荷调峰,将柔性负荷成本作为有机牵制扩展到调度模型之中,提出了计及大规模风电和柔性负荷的电力系统供需侧联合随机调度方法。该方法构建了揭示电力系统运行风险的数学表达方式,综合度量了风电波动的可能性和严重性,计及柔性负荷的调峰特点,建立了计及大规模风电和柔性负荷的电力系统供需侧联合随机调度模型;利用帝国竞争算法对模型进行求解,算例仿真证明了所建模型的正确性,结果表明,所提出的调度方法可以有效协调电力系统的运行成本与风险,降低了系统的运行成本以及系统"弃风"的风险。 Large-scale access to the uncertainty of wind power, has brought new challenges to power systems scheduling. This paper looks upon flexible load as a peaking resource and presents a large-scale wind power stochastic optimization considering the peak flexible load regulation This method takes into account the probability characteristics of wind power and the peak regulation characteristics of flexible load, constructs the mathematical expression revealing the risk of power system operation, measures systems' security and economy comprehensively, establishes a large scale wind power stochastic scheduling model considering flexible peak load regulation; Imperialistic competition algorithm is used to find the solution to the model and the simulation on a ten-machine example system verifies the correctness and validity of the model. The results show that the method in this paper can coordinate the operation cost and risk of power systems effectively. The method can also improve the systems' operation efficiency and enhance their capacity of accommodating wind power.
