摘要
社会转型使人们的工作价值观发生较大变化:重视自我价值实现、渴望工作安全性、期望获得工作权力、追求工作自主性、看重工作对社会的贡献。根据科层结构政策变迁模型,劳动就业政策的变迁始于人们工作价值观的改变。由此,文章认为未来我国劳动就业政策改革应树立人的全面发展理念,实施数量和质量并重的就业战略,建立灵活安全的劳动就业政策模式,通过利益表达与利益均衡优化政策制定路径,以适应人们变化的工作价值观,避免社会矛盾和冲突。
With the transformation of the stage of social development, people's work values have changed great- ly, and there is now an emphasis on self - realization, a desire for job security, the hope to obtain a higher power, the pursuit of job autonomy and an emphasis on making a contribution to society through one's work. The new changes in employment policy began from changes in peoples' work values. As a result, the reform of China's labor and employment policies should implement an employment strategy of both quantity and quality, establish a labor and employment policy model of security and flexibility, and optimize the policymaking path through the balance and the expression of interests, in order to accommodate people's changing values.
