大学自主招生质量的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Quality of University Independent Recruitment

自主招生是基于统一高考制度的设计,是为高校选拔品学兼优、综合素质高、特长突出的优秀人才的一次尝试。试点十余年后,提高自主招生质量成为根本的改革诉求。本研究从自主招生试题质量和经由自主招生选拔的学生质量两个视角研究自主招生质量。研究发现,自主招生试题初具特色,但试题质量较低;自主招生类学生在大学期间初步凸显出发展的特异性,但其培养模式限制了自主招生的制度效应,进而影响招生质量。应通过提高试题质量和优化自主招生类人才培养模式两种路径提高人才培养质量。

Independent recruitment is designed based on the Gaokao system. It is an attempt for the selection of excellent students to universities. Ten years later, improving the quality becomes the fundamental reform demands. Through the study, independent recruitment showed its characteristics preliminarily. The question is in a lower quality and the training mode limits its effect. We should improve the quality of examination and optimize the independent recruitment talent cultivation mode of two kinds of path to improve the quality of independent recruitment.
