摘要
大学人事管理的核心在于成熟制度建设,而决定制度建设成功与否及能否最大程度实现制度预期的关键则在于制度本身是否蕴含丰富价值内涵。对价值哲学研究方法论进行概述,基于各方法论的特点和本文研究对象,选择主客体价值关系方法;然后展开对大学人事制度相关的各主体和客体价值关系的分析;并以此为基础做出价值发现和价值体系建构。现代大学人事制度具有"平等性"、"发展性"和"塑造性"三个核心价值,这三个核心价值互为条件、相互作用、相互促进而形成现代大学人事制度价值体系。
The core of the university personnel management is the mature policy construction. Whether containing rich value or not of the policy itself is the decisive factor, which can decide the policy-construction whether success or not and maximize the policy expected or not. This paper first gives an research method overview of value philosophy, based on the characteristics of the different method and the research goal of this paper, choosing the subject-object relationship analytical method as the research method of this paper; And then proceed to the analysis of the relationship between the subject and object value associated with the university personnel system; Finally, having this as a basis to make value discovery and value system construction. Modem university personnel system has such the three core values as "equality", "development" and "shaping", these three core values has the features of reciprocal conditions, interaction and mutual promotion and format the modem university personnel value system.
