角锥棱镜误差检测数学建模分析 被引量:2

MATHEMATICAL MODELING ANALYSIS ON THE MEASURING FOR PYRAMID PRISM'S ERROR

摘要 通过研究角锥棱镜的结构和光学特征,重点分析了角锥棱镜误差检测数学模型的建立过程,并利用合理的模型假设、近似处理和数学推导进行模型求解,计算出角度误差和面型误差,求出角锥棱镜出射光线与入射光线之间的夹角和角锥棱镜各直角面之间夹角的关系,完成了模型分析.经实际生产检验,角锥棱镜误差检测数学模型与实际吻合. By researching the structural and optical character of Pyramid prism, In this paper, the process of mathematical modeling of the measuring for Pyramid prism's error is emphati- cally analyzed; the modeling is parsed by using resonable modeling suppose, approximative disposal and mathematic consequence; Pyramid prism's angle error and surface error is com- puted; the realation between the angles shaped by effluent and incident beams and the angles shaped by orthogonal surfaces of Pyramid prism is figured out, the analysis of the modeing is accomplished. The mathematical modeling of the measuring for Pyramid prism's error tallies with the actual measure by the t.est ~f fa^l,~l ro~+
