视网膜大动脉瘤16例临床观察 被引量：8

摘要 视网膜大动脉瘤主要发生于高血压、动脉硬化患者，由于动脉血管内平滑肌纤维逐渐被胶原纤维替代，血管壁失去弹性，血压升高时造成血管壁瘤样扩张、渗出、出血。
