光相干断层扫描在非青光眼性视神经病变中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 光相干断层扫描(OCT)测量视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度在青光眼视神经病变的早期诊断以及病情进展观察等方面具有独特的优势。而通过OCT对多种非青光眼性视神经病变(NGON)检测发现,NGON患者RNFL以及黄斑区神经节细胞复合体在形态、分布和厚度等方面也存在特征性改变。这些特征性改变不仅可以反映NGON视神经损伤的程度,而且对视神经病变类型的鉴别,包括NGON与青光眼视神经病变间的鉴别,以及疾病病程和治疗后视功能预后的判断具有较好的参考价值。了解OCT在NGON诊断和病情评估等方面的研究现状和进展对NGON诊断治疗以及随访观察具有重要意义。
