Exploration on the Approaches to Improve the Training Quality of County Party Schools: A Case Study on the Experience of Wuxuan County Party School for an Example

广西党校系统教学和管理体制改革以来,干部培训质量的提高被摆到了非常重要的位置。作为改革试点的武宣县委党校多年来探索出保证师资力量,改进教学方法,合理设置培训方式及培训内容,保障教学硬件设施,建立和完善考核与评估机制,建立健全培训跟踪服务机制等较为成熟的提高培训质量的途径。

Since the reform of teaching and management system in party schools in Guangxi, the improvement of the quality of cadre training has been put into an important position. As a pilot of reform, Wuxuan County Party School has explored some fea- tured approaches to improve the training quality of county party schools.
