商贸类专业以“教学工厂”为主的人才培养创新模式的研究

Research on the Innovative Mode of Talent Cultivation Based on "Teaching Factory" for Trade and Business Majors

通过对商贸类专业人才培养中人才培养目标与企业对接不当、校企合作关系结合不紧密、实践环境不健全、师生实践能力欠缺的现状分析,借鉴新加坡南洋理工学院"教学工厂"理念,提出了实现商贸类专业人才培养目标的创新型"教学工厂"模式的建设思路。

In view of the current situation of talent cultivation in trade and business majors, referring to Singapore＇s ＂teaching fac- tory＂ concept, this paper proposes the construction of innovative ＂teaching factory＂ mode, so as to realize the talent cultivation goal of trade and business majors.
