Independent college students desire self development, group construction and institutional innovation to acquire genuine knowledge and to enrich their life. Example is better than pre- cept, this paper carries out initial exploration in the students ad- ministration style, in order to help backbones of the students ful- fill their potential to participate in class administration. Through such an analysis this thesis will hopefully provide a theoretical and preliminary practical basis for the independent college stu- dent administration.
