射频消融治疗5cm以内肝癌的远期疗效 被引量：9

摘要 超声导引经皮射频消融（radio-frequencyabla-tion，RFA）治疗肝癌，因其灭瘤作用直接、安全微创、操作简便而得到广泛认可，现已成为治疗肝癌的重要手段之一[1-3]。本院从1999年9月至2012年6月采用RFA治疗首诊5cm以内肝癌145例，取得了良好的效果。
