摘要 弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（diffuselarge B celllymphoma，DLBCL）是成人淋巴瘤中最常见的一种类型，在临床表现、组织形态和预后等多方面具有异质性。DLBCL的发病率在欧美国家约占非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）的31％，
