摘要
鲎素抗菌肽是生物天然免疫的重要组成部分,具有广谱抗菌活性,对细菌、真菌、肿瘤细胞及一些病毒均具有强大的抑制作用(包括多药物耐受微生物),而且这种作用具有较好的选择性。本文主要介绍鲎素的种类和生物活性、鲎素的结构与功能关系、鲎素抗菌机理及鲎素基因工程表达制备方面的最新研究进展,并对鲎素临床应用面临的问题及对策作一简要综述。
Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs,tachyplesins or polyphemusins) are the important parts of innate immunity. AMPs have broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against bacteria,fungi,tumor cell and some viruses,including multiple drug-resistant microorganisms.Moreover,the antimicrobial activity showed significant specificity and efficiency.This paper introduces the species,biological activity,relationship between structure and function antibacterial mechanism of tachyplesins as well as the latest progress in research on expression and preparation of tachyplesins by gene engineering technique.Meanwhile,the obstacles and possible solutions for clinical application of tachyplesins are elaborated.
