摘要
研究了半固态成形过共晶Al-Si合金的热处理工艺。利用Thermo-Calc热力学相图计算软件,对过共晶Al-Si合金相成分进行相图计算,得到理论的固、液相线,以此来指导热处理工艺。试验选取了480、500、520、540℃4种固溶温度和160、180、200℃3种时效温度,共12种工艺,最后得到的最佳的热处理工艺,即:500℃×2h固溶+180℃×8h时效。
Effects of heat treatment on a new semi-solid forming hypereutectic A1-Si alloy were investigated. The theoretical solidus-liquidus phase of the alloy was presented through the Thermo-Calc software calculating the diagram of the alloy to guide the heat treatment process. The twelve processes were provided including four solution temperatures(480,500,520,540 ℃) and three aging temperatures(160, 180,200). Finally, a optimized heat treatment process was presented as follows, solid solution at 500 ℃ for two hours and then aging at 180 ℃ for eight hours.
