弯销延时抽芯的压铸模设计

Design of Die-Casting Die with Bent Pin for Delay Core Pulling

摘要 论述了某小型铝合金盖压铸工艺及模具的设计过程。该模具锁模力为1150kN。针对薄小铸件结构特点,设计了弯销延时抽芯机构,动、定模均采用整体式镶块,排、溢系统均匀设在定模分型面上,采用推杆顶出机构,横浇道和内浇道均设计为扁梯形平直式。采用常规工艺参数,该模具经过试模达到一次成功。 Die casting process of a small aluminum alloy cover and its mould design were introduced. The locking-force of the mould was 1 150 kN. Aiming at the characteristics of small thin-walled die castings, bent pin for delay core pulling mechanism was adopted. Meanwhile, in designing die casting die, moving half and static half adopt the whole-insert , and exhausted-overflow system is set on the parting surface of static half. Push-rod pulling mechanism is designed. In addition, runner and ingate adopt flat fadershape. Under the conditions of conventional parameters, the trial-mould was passed once.
