摘要
研究了熔模铸造碳钢件在不同振动工艺下铸件的缺陷及组织性能,并对铸造缺陷、力学性能及微观组织进行了分析。结果表明,在浇注及凝固过程中施加合理的振动工艺,不一定能细化晶粒,提高力学性能,但可以有效地减少铸件渣气孔,降低裂纹、缩孔、缩松倾向,改善铸件品质。
The casting defects and the structure as well properties of investment casting steel parts were investigated at different vibration conditions, and the casting defects, mechanical properties and microstructure of the casting were analyzed. The results show that proper vibration technology may not refine grain sizes and improve the mechanical properties, however it could effectively reduce casting slag holes and decrease the crack and the shrinkage porosity tendency as well as improving casting quality in the casting and solidification process.
