摘要
NAN 123单克隆抗体能凝集人B型红细胞,凝集反应能被2 ^(-6)M的蜜二糖或 2 ^(-2)M的半和糖完全阻断。类似的结果在以CNE_2细胞为靶抗原的ELISA反应中也可观察到。实验提示,NAN123抗体对B血型抗原末端的α-D-半乳糖有选择性识别能力。
McAb NAN123 specifically agglutinated human B type blood red cells. The agglutination reaction was blocked by addition of 2-6 mol of melibiose and 2-2 mol ofgalactose, respectively. As a control, lactose, glucose, sucrose and mannose did not block it in the experiment. The same result was also shown in the ELISA reaction of NAN123 against CNE-2 cells. These results suggested that McAb NAN123 might only recognize α-D-galactose and group in carbohydrates of glycoproteins.
