多西紫杉醇联合洛铂二线治疗进展期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效观察

Docetaxel combined with Lobaplatin as a second-line treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer:an observation of short-term efficacy

正含铂两药化疗模式是进展期非小细胞肺癌的重要治疗手段,但由于顺铂、卡铂易产生耐药,毒副反应亦大,疗效受到一定的限制。我们2010年开始采用多西紫杉醇联合新型含铂药物洛铂二线治疗经一线治疗失败后的非小细胞肺癌30例,取得较好疗效,现将结果报告如下。
