摘要
研究了不对称亚砜BSO分离某厂真实料液中的钯、铂。采用正交实验法确定的理论最佳条件:c(BSO)=0.3 mol.L-1,c(HCl)=0.1 mol.L-1,t=10 min,可有效地分离钯、铂。钯的一次萃取率达99.72%,用氯化铵-氨水溶液可有效的把钯反萃下来。萃钯后调整萃余液的酸度为4.0 mol.L-1时,用0.5 mol.L-1的BSO进行萃铂,一次萃取率为99.2%,再用蒸馏水把铂反萃下来。
Extraction and separation of palladium( Ⅱ ) and platinum(Ⅳ) with unsymmetrical sulfoxide BSO were studied. Optimal extraction condition was obtained by rhombic experiment. Under the condition of 0.3 mol·L-1 BSO, 0.1 mol·L-1 HC1 and 10 rain extraction time, palladium and platinum were separated effectively. The extraction percentage of Pd ( Ⅱ ) achieved 99.72%. Organic phase of loaded palladium was stripped by ammonium chloride-ammonia solution effectively. Then changed hydrochloric acid concentration to 4.0 mol·L-1 , the extraction percentage of Pt (IV) achieved 99.2% with 0.5 mol·L-1 BSO. Organic phase of loaded platinum was stripped by water effectively.
