摘要
通过对 1996年 6月~ 1998年 5月经卫生部审查的 140 9种保健食品的有关资料进行研究分析 ,发现国产保健食品的功能主要集中在免疫调节、抗疲劳和调节血脂 ;进口保健食品主要是营养素补充剂 ;无论国产、进口保健食品 ,适宜于生理异常人群食用的产品最多 ;保健食品的形态以非传统形态多见 ;国产和进口保健食品的原料构成有很大区别 ;目前 。
Analysis on the informations about 1409 kinds of health foods aproved by Ministry of Health from June 1996 to May 1998 indicated that the function of the most native health foods are immunity regulation, antifatigue and blood fat regulation, while that of imported health foods are nutrients supplements. Most of the products are for people of abnormal physiology. The form of most health foods non-traditional. The composition of raw materials of native productions are differ obviously from imported ones. The sources of native health foods are centralized.
