摘要
对不同含量Nd元素的Mg-2Ca合金组织及性能的进行了研究。结果表明:随着Nd元素含量的增加,Mg-2Ca-xNd合金的晶粒显著细化,其抗拉强度先增大后减小趋势变化,伸长率在Nd含量为1.5%时达到峰值后逐渐减小;随着Nd含量的增加,Mg-2Ca-xNd合金的腐蚀速率在Nd含量为1.0%时达到极值后逐渐降低,合金的腐蚀以点蚀为主。
Effect of addition of Nd on microstructure and properties of Mg-2Ca alloy was studied. The results show that with the increase of Nd element content, the grain of Mg-2Ca-xNd alloys is refined significantly, the tensile strength has the trend that first increases and then decreases, and when Nd content is 1.5% , the elongation reaches the peak value then decreases gradually. With the increase of Nd content, the corrosion rate of Mg-2Ca-xNd alloy increases to the maximum at Na content of 1.0% and then reduces gradually, the main mode of corrosion is pitting corrosion.
