摘要
观察并研究了10钢管冷制后表面粗糙且存在翘皮缺陷的现象与原因。采用直读光谱仪检测材料的化学成分,采用扫描电镜、光学显微镜检测原材料及钢管的微观组织形貌,发现原材料组织中铁素体晶界处存在杂质物,采用能谱仪分析晶界处相成分确定其为三次渗碳体相。结果表明,10钢原材料铁素体晶界处的三次渗碳体相沿晶分布且脆性较大,是导致钢材在变形过程中表层沿晶开裂的主要原因。经试验可通过正火处理消除其影响,进而避免钢管表层缺陷产生。
The phenomenon that the surface of 10 steel tube was rough and upwarping after cold roiling was studied. The chemical composition of the 10 steel, and the microstructure of the 10 steel, and the 10 steel tube were observed and analyzed by means of directreading spectrometry, SEM and optical microscopy. It is found that third cemenfite exists at ferrite grain boundaries in the 10 steel. The third cemenfite phase at the grain boundaries embrittles the steel, leading intergranular cracking of the surface layer of the steel tube during cold roiling and forming the phenomenon of surface upwarping. Experiments show that the effects can be eliminated by normalizing treatment of the steel.
