聚氨酯分散体的透射电镜表征技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文分别以磷钨酸和四氧化锇为染色剂对聚氨酯分散体(PUD)的透射电镜(TEM)样品进行制备,通过实验分析了染色液种类、染色时间、稀释后的PUD固含量等因素对TEM图像效果的影响,针对PUD的TEM表征技术进行了探讨研究。结果表明,PUD样品使用磷钨酸负染,控制负染染色时间为30 s~1 min,稀释后PUD固含量为0.03%~0.05%,染色液pH在7左右,注重制样细节,能获得良好的TEM表征效果。 In this paper,the transmission electron microscope(TEM) samples of polyurethane dispersion(PUDs) were prepared by using phosphotungstic acid or osmium tetroxide as stain.The factors that might affect the TEM image effects of PUDs,such as the stain type,the staining time,the solid content of diluted PUDs were analyzed,and the TEM technique in characterization of PUDs was investigated.The results showed that the PUDs can obtain good effect of TEM characterization by using phosphotungstic acid as stain,controlling the staining time for 30s~1min,controlling the solid content of diluted PUDs for 0.03%~0.05%,controlling the pH of stain at about 7 and paying attention to details of the sample preparation.
