腹腔镜盆腔巨大胸膜外孤立性纤维瘤切除1例报告 被引量：2

摘要 孤立性纤维性肿瘤（solitaryfibroustumor，SFT）主要见于胸膜。本文报道1例巨大盆腔SFT腹腔镜手术切除病例，并分析相关文献，总结诊治经验。1 临床资料 患者男，70岁，主因“发现盆腔占位1年余”于2012年7月16日入院。1年前体检发现盆腔占位，无不适，未予诊治。1个月前因“血尿、前列腺增生”就诊于泌尿科，行盆腔MRI（图1）提示膀胱前上方见一巨大长T1混杂长T2信号包块，大小约11．3cmx5．9cm×10．1cm，轮廓清晰，光滑，弥散加权成像（DWI）高信号，增强扫描呈不均匀明显强化，肿块下壁与膀胱分界较清。
