介绍了以不同种类的幼嫩蕨菜为原料 ,用不同处理、不同配方来研制即食蕨菜软包装的加工工艺 ,并制定了相应的产品质量标准。
This article introduces a kind of processing technology,which used different kinds of tender ferns as raw materials and made use of different treatments and formulas to produce the instant flexible package fern.At the same time,the product quality standard is made.
