摘要 目的:探讨健康老年人海马功能连接及其与默认状态网络之间的关系。方法:利用3T MRI采集30例健康老年人的静息态fMRI数据,对静息态fMRI数据进行以海马为种子点的基于体素的相关分析以及独立成分分析,对比双侧海马功能连接的构成,并对比海马功能连接脑区与默认状态网络脑区的构成。结果:双侧海马功能连接存在显著的不对称性,表现为右侧偏侧化;右侧海马与默认状态网络的部分脑区存在功能连接,左侧海马与默认状态网络之间未见显著性功能连接。结论:健康老年人的海马结构可能并不是默认状态网络的重要组成部分,两者之间的模式有待进一步的验证。 Purpose: To investigate the hippocampal functional connectivity and the relation between hippocampus and default mode network in healthy elderly. Methods: Resting-state fMRI examination was performed on a 3T MR scanner. Functional areas with significant connectivity to hippocampus obtained with voxel-wise correlation analysis were compared between right and left side, and the hippocampal connectivity was also compared to the default mode network obtained with independent component analysis. Results: Asymmetry was observed between the right and left hippocampal functional connectivity, indicating right laterality. Right hippocampus showed functional connectivity to some functional areas of default mode network, and no significant functional connectivity was observed between left hippocampus and default mode network. Conclusion: Hippocampus, especially the left, may not be one crucial part of default mode network. The pattern between hippocampus and default mode network remains unclear.
