腰椎间盘突出症患者骨密度CT定量研究 被引量:28

Measurement of Lumbar Vertebral Bone Mineral Density with Quantitative Computed Tomography in Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation Patients

摘要 目的:研究腰椎间盘突出症患者骨密度的变化,探讨椎间盘突出对骨密度的影响。方法:选取180例20-40岁青壮年腰腿痛患者纳入研究,女性76例,男性104例;腰椎间盘突出症者89例,无腰椎间盘突出症者91例。选择性CT定量检测L2-L4椎体骨骨松质密度,对比分析腰椎间盘突出症和性别与骨密度的相关性。结果:腰椎间盘突出症者骨密度显著低于无椎间盘突出症者(P〈0.05);腰椎间盘突出症组男性比女性椎体骨密度略减低(P=0.043〈0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症患者椎体骨密度明显减低,且对男性骨密度的影响稍大干女性。 Purpose: To study the changes of the lumbar patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hernia and discuss vertebral bone mineral density (BMD) in the influence of lumbar intervertebral disc hernia on bone mineral density. Methods: One hundred and eighty cases of young patients from 20 to 40 years old with lumbocrural pain were included in the study, and it included 76 cases of female, 104 cases of male, 89 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hernia and 91 patients without lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. The lumbar vertebral BMD (L2-L4) was measured by QCT in all subjects. The correlation of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, gender and bone mineral density was analyzed. Results: The BMD of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was significantly lower than that of the matched group (P 〈0.05), and the BMD of man was slightly lower than that of woman in the patient group (P= 0.043 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The BMD of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was obviously decreased, the reduction in men is slightly greater than that in women.
