摘要
16层以上多层螺旋CT实现了原始扫描数据在X、Y、Z轴上的各向同性,CT计算机后处理软件日益成熟,多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)的图像质量明显提高,对血管性病变的诊断价值接近DSA。主要图像后处理方法包括最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)、多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重组(CPR)、血管生长(AV)、血管探针技术(VP)。目前MSCTA主要应用于血管性病变的诊断中,包括冠脉成像、肺动脉成像、心脏大动脉成像、颅内血管成像以及腹腔内脏动脉成像。在腹腔肿瘤性病变的诊断中,MSCTA可以显示肿瘤供血动脉,对判断肿瘤的起源、定位定性具有辅助诊断价值。
Spiral CT scanner with more than 16 row detectors has made it possible to achieve the original isotropic data in X, Y, Z axis. Combined with the post processing software, image quality of MSCTA is improved significantly. Its values of diagnosing vascular diseases are close to DSA. The main image processing methods include: maximum intensity projection (MIP), volume rendering (VR), multi-planner reformation(MPR), curved planner reformation (CPR), add vessel (AV), and vessel probe(VP). At present, multi-slice CT (MSCT) scanners provide significant improvement in vascular applications such as MSCT coronary angiography, MSCT pulmonary angiography, MSCTA imaging of heart and aortic disease, MSCTA of cranial and neck vascular imaging, MSCTA in abdominal arterial disease. When put use in diagnosing tumors located in the abdomen, MSCTA could provide information about the origin of lesions by means of displaying its nourishing artery. MSCTA seems to be valuable on localization and differentiation of abdominal tumors.
