摘要
研究了0~175 MPa压力下挤压力对挤压铸造Al-Cu合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明:该合金的抗拉强度、伸长率、硬度和密度均随压力增加而增大;挤压力达到100 MPa时,抗拉强度为262.8 MPa、伸长率为9.2%,均达到峰值;之后继续增加压力,对材料性能影响不大。随挤压力增加,晶粒明显细化,二次枝晶增加,枝晶间距减小。
The microstructure and mechanical property of as-cast A1-Cu alloy solidified at 0-175 MPa pressures were studied to determine the effect of squeezing pressure on the castings. The results show that the ultimate tensile strength, elongation, hardness and density of the as-cast castings increases with the increase of applied pressure and they reach a maximum at the pressure of 100 MPa, ultimate tensile strength 262.8 MPa and elongation 9.2%. Then continues to increase pressure, the material properties have little change. The grain size and the dendrite arm space decrease and more dendrites appear with the increase of applied pressure.
