凝汽器不锈钢管失效分析

Failure Analysis of Stainless Steel Tube for Condenser

运用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜以及EDS能谱分析等方法,结合成分及结构分析,系统分析了凝汽器不锈钢管失效的原因。结果表明,凝汽器不锈钢管本身的材质问题以及使用环境对其使用寿命造成了直接影响。

For exposing the reason for failure of the stainless steel tube for condenser, the chemical composition and microstructure of the stainless steel tube was investigated by using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the product quality and the operating environment have directly influence on the service life of condenser stainless steel tubes.
