摘要 采用分数步长法进行速度场和压力场的计算,根据挤压铸造的特点,考虑冲头的运动,建立基于有限差分法的流动场数值模拟程序,从而实现了对镁合金挤压铸造充型过程的数值模拟。为验证程序的正确性,对ZMgAl5MnZn镁合金实验件挤压铸造充型过程进行了模拟计算,模拟结果与中国兵器科学研究院宁波分院齐丕骧研究员关于冲头速度控制的论述一致。 The fraction step method is applied in numerical simulation of the velocity fields and the pressure fields. The numerical simulation program of flow field was established based on finite difference method considering punch movement, so as to achieve the numerical simulation on extrusion casting process of magnesium alloy. It is proved that this program is consistent with the research result which was proposed by professor QI Pixiang.
