钒钛矿预还原度对高炉软熔滴落过程中钒还原反应的影响

摘要 就钒钛铁矿的预还原度在其软熔滴落过程中对钒还原反应的影响进行了针对性的实验研究。结果表明:随炉料预还原度的增加,铁中钒含量升高,同时炉料的软熔滴落性能有所改善;预还原度为80%时,铁中钒含量较预还原度60%提高了近2倍。 The effects of the preliminary reduction degree of vanadium titanium iron ore on the vanadium reduction reaction in the soft melting drop process in BF were experimentally researched. The results show that, with the increase of the preliminary reduction degree in burden, the vanadium content in iron increases, and the cohesive drip performance of burden improves;when the preliminary reduction degree is 80%, the vanadium content in iron increases nearly 2 times than the preliminary reduction degree 60%.
