摘要
借助有限元分析软件ANSYS,对大型机床床身的铸造凝固过程进行了数值模拟,得到铸造凝固过程中不同时刻的温度场、应力场和变形状态。模拟结果中铸件最终变形数值与实际生产中铸件最终变形基本一致;最大残余应力分布位置与实际生产中铸件出现裂纹位置完全吻合。验证了模拟计算结果的正确性。
The solidification process of large machine tool body castings was simulated by ANSYS finite-element analysis software. The temperature field, stress field and deformation state of the castings were calculated under different time in solidification process. The simulated final deformation value of the casting is basically the same as actual production. The predicted residual stress distribution position agrees well with the crack position of actual castings.
