摘要
为取得可靠的分析结果,在改进图像预处理技术的基础上,结合数学形态学方法对金相图像进行处理,从而保证金相图像的客观性。由于金相组织内部会出现小晶体颗粒以及杂质颗粒,在分析过程中增加小颗粒剔除步骤来保证金相图像的纯净度。利用Matlab开发工具实现特征参数的测量,测量过程快速简洁,测量结果准确度高。
In order to obtain reliable digital metallographic analysis results, based on improving image pre-processmg technology, the metallographic image was processed combined with the methods of mathematical morphology to ensure the objectivity of metallographic image. Because small crystal particles and impurities appears in metallographic microstructure, the method increases small particles removing steps during the analysis process to guarantee the purity of metallographic image. Using Matlab development tools realizes the measurement of the feature parameters, the measurement process is fast and concise, and the measurement result has high accuracy.
