摘要
开发了箱体类零件数控加工程序生成系统。该系统操作简单,大大缩短了箱体类零件加工的机动时间和辅助时间,提高了生产效率;具有可视化程度高,便于操作者现场灵活使用等优点。同时,只要保证计算时的有效位数,就不会对加工产生影响。
A generation system of NC program for box-type parts was designed and developed. The system is simple in operating, can greatly reduce processing time and auxiliary time of box parts and improve production efficiency; has the advantages of a high degree of visual, easy-to-operator flexible to use in site. At the same time, as long as the calculation of significant digits can be guaranteed, the effect on processing would not bring about.
