摘要
简述了湿式缸套气缸体复杂薄壁类铸铁件砂型铸造生产中采用一些传统铸造工艺方法存在的诸多不足;阐述了加大芯头结构、合理应用工艺补贴、优化设计冒口系统、大孔进液技术、有效浇注时间等新工艺技术所优化设计的铸造工艺方案,使所生产的4113湿式缸套气缸体获得良好的技术经济效果。
The disadvantages of traditional casting process used to produce complex thin wall iron casting of wet cylinder liner cylinder block in sand casting were briefly introduced. The optimized casting process designs were elaborated, such as enlarging core print structure, using casting process pad reasonably, designing riser system optimally, using the big influent hole technology, effective pouring time. The good technical and economic effect is obtained in producing the 4113 wet cylinder liner cylinder block.
