骨桥蛋白及肾功能与冠状动脉病变程度的研究 被引量:3

Relationship of osteopontin and renal function with the severity of coronary artery lesions

摘要 目的探讨骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)、肾功能和冠状动脉病变程度三者之间的关系。方法冠心病患者210例(冠心病组)与非冠心病患者134例(对照组),检测并比较2组血浆OPN水平和肾功能指标,分析血浆OPN水平及肾功能与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。结果冠心病组血浆OPN和肌酐水平明显高于对照组,估算肾小球滤过率低于对照组(P<0.01);冠心病组高OPN水平者单支病变及肾功能正常比例低于低OPN水平者(P<0.05);肾功能中重度减低者多支病变比例高于肾功能正常者(P<0.05);OPN、肾功能不全是冠心病的独立危险因素。结论血浆OPN水平与肾功能不全有关,二者均与冠状动脉病变程度有关。 Objective To explore the relationship of plasma osteopontin level and renal function with the severity of coronary artery lesions. Methods Osteopontin level and renal function were detected and compared in 210 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD group) and 134 patients without coronary heart disease (control group) to analyze the relationship of osteopontin and renal function with the severity of coronary artery lesions. Results The levels of plasma osteopontin and creatinine were significantly higher in CHD group than those in control group (P〈0.01), and estimated glomerular filtration rate was lower in CHD group than that in control group (P〈0.01). The proportions of single-vessel lesion and normal renal function were lower in patients with high osteopontin than those in patients with low osteopontin (P〈0.05), and the proportion of multi-vessel lesion was higher in patients with moderate and severe decreased renal function than that in patients with normal renal function (P 〈 0.05). Osteopontin and renal insufficiency were the independent risk factors for coronary heart disease. Conclusion Plasma osteopontin level is associated with renal insufficiency, both of which are correlated with the severity of coronary artery lesions.
